EPISODE TYPE: The Past

Kindergarten is the 5th short in The Edan Show Short series.

Synopsis

A new kid named Piggy joins class and Austin and Riley make fun of him and get in trouble.

Full Story

Act 1: New kid

The Kids which are Rocky, Ark, Riley, Dori, Edan, Austin, and two other random children are sitting in the classroom doing work and the board showing "I have some crap and stuff, I will be right back.". Edan says that he's bored and that there's nothing to do. Austin then says tat he will put his skateboard in front of the classroom door so the teacher will trip and fall when she comes in. Then when he puts the skateboard next to the door Edan says that they will have to wait for her to go to the door which makes Austin disappointed. The teacher then enters with Piggy and Piggy then trips on the skateboard and falls on the floor, the teacher then shouts in horror "what horrible person could've done such a thing!?". Austin being a prankster laughs and is sent to the corner for crying. The teacher then introduces the class to the new student, she is then surprised to hear that his name is Piggy Pigleson, the teacher apologizes to him because she thought it was a joke and tells everyone to start working again. Ark asks Edan what language he's doing, Edan says he's doing Spanish and Ark says he's doing Japanese.

Act 2: Share time

The teacher says that it's time to share what they've done for their project and calls up Edan to share first. Edan comes up first and says "この学校は嫌いだ" which translates to "I hate this school". Riley then takes Ark's project and laughs at him, the teacher threatens her to go to the corner for crying if she doesn't give him his project back. Riley then gives him his project back and calls him a stupid furry, Ark then shouts at Riley not to call him a stupid furry. The teacher tells both of them to stop but then gets interrupted by the lunch time alarm, she tells everybody to line up for lunch.

Act 3: Lunch

The children are getting their lunch at the cafeteria at the lunch line. Rocky then walks over to Luckii. Rocky says hi to Luckii and she asks him about how his day was going, Rocky says Riley messed it up after a while, Luckii asks if Riley is the same person who lit the class pet on fire, Rocky just says yes. Rocky then says that he has to go and says bye to Luckii and leaves. Then kids are in the classroom eating their lunch like normal people, the teacher then tells the kids if they want to watch Animal guy or Life of planet. Dori says she wants to watch Life of Planet. Then Ark says that he wants to watch the rattlesnake episode of Animal guy, Austin disagrees with his opinion saying that the show sucks Dogwater. After this, a argument happens, and everyone is screaming at each other about the two things to watch. Becoming tired of the chaos that is unfolding, the teacher picks random and chooses Life of planet. She puts the tape in the VCR and a poorly drawn VHS of two planet characters appear, one named Earthy which is a Earth, and one named Uranus which is a Uranus. Earthy tells Uranus that they need to stop the asteroid, Uranus looks up and sees the asteroid and screams. A orange Earthy named Dearthy shows up and says " Yeah, I brung the asteroid here.". Earthy gets mad at Dearthy and says that they will stop him. Dearthy shoots Earthy and Earthy dies, this makes Uranus mad and she says that she will kill Dearthy. Dearthy says that she's too late, but when he hears that he said too late they both look up and see the asteroid coming to kill them. The world is destroyed, then a orange Uranus named Anus appears and says, "Hi, I'm Anus!". Then the Children scream in fear after they hear the word "anus". Piggy sits in silence for a while and says that he doesn't get it. Edan explain to him that a anus is the inside of a butt. Piggy asks "What's the inside of a butt?". Edan and Rocky look at each other disappointed and tell Piggy to forget it. Before Piggy says another word Edan slaps him for him to be quiet. The teacher gets mad and tells Edan to flip his card.

Act 4: Recess

The children are at recess playing. Dori asks everyone if they want to play freeze tag, everyone says ok. Then, Riley says that Piggy can't play because he's too chubby, Austin joins in and says that when he freezes, his extra weight will make him fall. They start chanting "CHUBBY!" at him. The teacher comes in to see what is happening, everyone says "ooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" because Austin and Riley got in trouble. Piggy tells the teacher that they are calling him chubby. The teacher says that they will now get "the punishment", the teacher who is about to do the punishment raises her arm about to hit them, Luckily, Austin and Riley run away to the street. Ten out of nowhere a free candy van pulls up. Austin and Riley start celebrating and run to the free candy van where they get kidnapped. The van then drives away with both of them.

After the credits roll, Edan says "And that's how Kindergarten went!", Austin horrified about his past tells Edan to never tell that story again.

Behind The Scenes

The "Life of Planet" VHS tape is based off of a comic book that Liam. S made in late 2018 and finished in mid-late 2021.

when Edan says, "Oh cool, the Mexico language!" he was originally going to say "Oh cool, the Taco Bell language!" we cut that part out because we thought it was too racist. 

It's cannon the Riley got killed when her and Austin got kidnapped.
