The UWU palace is the Headquarters of UWU.inc. This is where the characters work/live. It is a warehouse and office building that contains a warehouse, 6 office buildings (1 used primarily for storage), a studio and a entire room for testing stuff and a room where the UWUs live.

History
The UWU Palace started construction in the early to mid 2030s as Ark's new headquarters for his new company. It was built on a plot of land that was just a field of grass next to the Metro and the Convention center. During the construction of the UWU Palace Ark wanted to show Edan and the others the large building he was constructing, but his friends thought that it was a bit too large and most of the rooms would probably be used for nothing and they thought that the name of the company was stupid. After they said their criticisms, Ark got mad at them because UWU was the best name he could come up with. Later his friends decided to help out building the UWU Palace because they had nothing better to do and Ark promised that he would pay them and possibly make them part of his company.
About a year before the UWU Palace was finished, little floating spherical like creatures with 6-inch-long tails were spotted being an annoyance around the part of the construction site that would soon be known as the UWU room. Ark tried to get then out with help from the construction workers, but they would not move or get out they would just continue making noises and being stupid. One of them in particular was acting weird and liked racecars and that one was OWO. Because of OWO Edan thought it was a good idea to take care of them, so they did and ever since, the UWUs have been living in the room that they didn't want to get out of. When it was finished Ark had a opening party and hired a lot of people including Rocky's older sister Luckii.
Ever since then the UWU Palace has been a totally "normal" place for people to be working at and is probably for people who are good at surviving because some people died in the UWU Palace but that's just because they weren't being careful despite Ark telling them all the safety routines for everything. The UWU Palace has been damaged by many things like a giant Rocky, DOOOORRRREEEEAAANNNGSSSS, falling buildings, QWQ, The UWU Bus, an atomic bomb, fires, a riot, and lot more stuff.Â

Future
Around the year 2556 when the whole UWU group were basically half robots, a riot came in destroyed the UWU Palace because a future relative of Dean from the :) group told them to and came up by a bunch of lies about them being bad and doing bad things to people. Dori was almost killed in the riot but got away with the rest of the group and the 46 UWUs. Their new Headquarters then became Rocky's house because they were running out of money, and they needed somewhere to be in quick.
Interior
The UWU Palace has many rooms all used for different weird things. So to show them in a better way before they are explained here's a map.

Testing Room
The Testing Room is the largest room in the UWU Palace and is the room that is being used for most of the time. The Testing Room is used for testing things, hanging out, meetings, and hosting large events in the UWU Palace. It's famous for being so large, rows of vertical windows, and long strands of florescent lights lighting the room. Sometimes there will be random things laying around that are not being used by people. The incinerator is also located in the Testing Room and a UWU was once grinded up in it and was never seen since.

UWU Room
The UWU Room is the room where the UWUs live and work. There are many things that the UWUs use in there like 46 bunk bed, a very long table, a kitchen, 3 TVs and a bathroom. The UWUs live there because while the UWU Palace was being built the baby UWUs didn't want to move no matter how hard everyone tried so they decided to live there. Before the UWUs decided to live there the UWU room was supposed to be the original workshop, but it had to be squeezed into the Warehouse because of the UWUs.
Office
The Office is Where some of the employees' work,. It has a lot of oversized desks and there is a small break room with a TV in the middle.
Meeting Room
The meeting room is a large conference room next to the office. It has lot of chairs and seating areas and a long table with many seats in the middle. There is also a whiteboard and a TV and the fron of the table where Ark does presentations. It is one of the least used rooms.

Broadcasting Tower
The Broadcasting tower is a three-story section in the corner of the office that is often used to broadcast the UWU NEWS which is basically like a announcement program that is for the UWU Palace.
Food Court
The Food Court is where everybody in the UWU Palace goes to eat when it's lunch time and it is one of the most used rooms in the UWU Palace. It has many restaurants that people can eat food from, and it also has tables and chairs because where are you going to sit if there weren't. It also had a stage where GWG sometimes goes and does his "stand"-up comedy shows and it also has the main bathrooms.
Studio
The Studio is one of the least used room and is where they go film stuff like horrible advertisements, it has some filming sets and a director's chair that nobody really uses. It is the least used room and is infested with bugs.
 Warehouse / Workshop
The Warehouse is the most busy room because there are a lot of people looking after and making stuff. It has a lot of shelves full of supplies and lots of machines and tables for making things. It also contains the UWU Bus which is the UWU Palace's weird double decker bus that they use sometimes.
Towers / Exterior
There are 6 towers in the UWU Palace, Ark Tower, Austin Tower, Kaiden Tower, Edan Tower, Dori Tower and the Rocky tower. The towers are listed below in the order that they where built.
Austin Tower
The Austin Tower is the tower owned by Austin Vance and is 200 ft tall and has the style of a New York brick apartment. It is the shortest tower. The Austin tower was the first tower built and used. When ark said that the tower would be Austin's he got very excited and immediately ran into the construction site.
Ark Tower
The Ark tower is owned by Ark Tores and is about 640 feet tall and has the style of brutalist architecture. Its is the second built and is the tallest tower in the UWU Palace and is half used by UWU inc, it has many vacant/ for rent floors that other companies use. At the very top there is Ark office which is where Ark works and sleeps because he doesn't have a house.

Edan Tower
The Edan tower is owned by Edan Enzminger and is about 410 feet tall and has the style of a Moder glass high-rise tower. It is the third tower built and the 3rd tallest tower and is fully used by UWU inc. At the 18th floor there is Edan's office where he has a outdoor terrace with a treehouse that Edan sleeps in when he wants to.
Rocky Tower
The Rocky tower is owned by Rocky Rodriguez and Luckii Rodriguez. The tower is about 400 feet tall and has the art deco style similar to the Chrysler Building. It was the fourth tower built and it is the 4th tallest tower and is mostly not used by UWU inc. Some floors are used by UWU inc but most are used by many other companies including COUN. At the top floor is Rocky and Luckii's office where they work and sleep.

Dori Tower
The Dori tower is owned by Dori The tower and is about 430 feet tall and looks like a fantasy mushroom tower. It was the fifth tower built and is the 2nd tallest tower and is used entirely by UWU inc. It's used for a lot of science stuff and is the busiest tower. Dori's office is at the top floor where she also sleeps and lives. There is a bunch of science equipment that Ark bought for her but she uses it for cooking only.

Unknown Tower
The unknown tower is a completely vacant tower and is about 265 feet tall and looks like a observatory tower. It was the sixth tower built and is the 2nd shortest tower and is used for storage. It was originally owned by a sixth member of the UWU Group that ran away one day.

It originally had 4 towers only and it looked very different. It also was supposed to have 2 floors in the main building.
In The Unaired Pilot it was first referred to as the "UWU Place"
The general design for the UWU Palace was design in Minecraft with a 1:1 scale build of it in a Minecraft world that Liam S made. It has all the rooms and offices. It is often used as reference for backgrounds in the show.
If the UWU Palace was real it would be the 14th tallest building in Florida and the tallest building in Jacksonville.
The design for it was inspired off of a Amazon Warehouse.
